The CREW Leadership Awards Gala 2023 is designed to celebrate outstanding leadership with a sophisticated and approachable style. The event combines CREW’s gold color with black to evoke a sense of luxury, reflecting the prestige of the awards.

Key design elements include:

  • Color Palette: The gold and black color scheme symbolizes excellence and timeless elegance, aligning with the event’s formal yet inclusive nature.
  • Branding: The use of CREW’s designated font ensures consistent brand recognition and avoids any potential confusion, seamlessly reinforcing the brand throughout the event.

This design approach not only honors the awardees but also strengthens CREW’s brand identity, leaving a lasting impression on attendees.

Nomination Campaign

  • Objective: Encourage companies to nominate members who excel and support CREW’s vision of empowering women in commercial real estate.
  • Strategy: I developed social media posts to highlight the value of recognizing outstanding contributions and prompt nominations.
  • Execution: The campaign was launched on CREW’s social media channels, targeting industry leaders and influencers to
    maximize participation.

Sponsorship Campaign

  • Objective: To feature and appreciate companies already sponsoring the event and attract any future sponsorship.
  • Strategy: Created promotional content showcasing the benefits of sponsorship and the visibility it offers within the industry.
  • Execution: Posts were shared across social media and direct communications to potential sponsors, featuring existing sponsors to demonstrate the event’s prestige and encourage further sponsorships.

Leadership Awards Gala

  • Pre-Event Campaigns: 
      • Ran a series of engaging social media posts, email newsletters, and press releases to generate buzz and anticipation to build excitement and raise awareness about the gala.
  • Event print/digital material: 
      • Designed and distributed print materials such as invitations, and posters featuring the event’s branding and key details ensuring consistent branding with the event’s color scheme and typography, enhancing the coherence of the campaign. As well as during the event social media posts and IG stories.
